This unit will only fit 2003 and newer 6.0L, 6.4L, and 6.7L engines. We have a different heater element for the 1995-2003 7.3L engines.
Look at the pictures. The pictures show how much larger the element and housing are than the 600w heaters. The difference in performance, as compared to the 600w heater is noticeable.
Safe for use in all 2003+ 6.0L, 6.4L, and 6.7L Powerstroke engines, heats engine to a warmer final temperature than the smaller heaters. Warmer starts = better cold starting and less engine wear!
The longest lasting, and most powerful copper heating element available, coupled with solid heavy cast steel / nickel chrome plated base casting are just some of what sets this heater apart from the cheap imported elements.

This kit includes a new heavy gauge power cord for 120V AC and detailed installation instructions.
Fits all 2003-2014 6.0L, 6.4L, and 6.7L Ford Diesel engines in any vehicle….. Pickup Trucks, Vans, and Tow-trucks. Fits all 2003-2012 Powerstroke 6.0, 6.4, and 6.7 Diesel Engines.
No matter if you’re replacing an old heater, or installing in an engine that never had one, this is a must for smooth and safe engine starting below 30 degrees F.
Standard mounting position for the Powerstroke 6.0, 6.4, and 6.7, is in the right rear core plug area.
