Return Policy

*Uninstalled, new products may be returned within 14 days of purchase. Items must be received by us, in NEW and SALEABLE CONDITION. Damaged items or packaging, previously installed or missing parts will not be refunded for any reason. Special Note concerning kits and kit pricing: Kits are featured products that in many instances, receive special reduced pricing. No refund/exchange will be given for any dismantled kit. Example: If a “Ford 6.0L Powerstroke Updated Standpipe Tube and Dummy Plug Kit” is ordered, and you decide to only use the standpipes from the kit, the dummy plugs cannot be returned for any reason. Refunds and/or exchange for the entire, unopened kit would only be acceptable. If you require only “partial” kits or parts you must contact us here, to make this request BEFORE placing your order, to arrange such purchase. Because of our very large inventory, in most cases we can offer you any single part or parts that are included in a kit without delay. In some cases individual parts are not offered. Furthermore, parts that are purchased for vehicles that are not explicitly listed as correct fit/application are not returnable for any reason. Example: If you purchase any product, please be sure the product is listed for the exact vehicle that you are working on, or that you have the skills and tools required to use the said parts as you intend. We will not and cannot provide you with parts for “trial applications” or for situations such as, “I think it will fit”. Be CERTAIN before purchasing, as we will not issue any RMA for any such purchases, for any reason.

“PERFORMANCE SALES DISTRIBUTORS and/or” is not responsible for return shipping or delivery on any parts returns. Shipping charges will not be refunded. All returns must be within 14 days of invoice date. A 25% restocking fee will apply to all returns. A 50% restocking fee will apply to all refused deliveries. Exchanges of equal or greater value may not be subject to a restocking fee. Special Order or Pre-Order Items are non-refundable. Electrical parts are not returnable. Used and Collectible merchandise is not returnable. Contact us for details.


Buyer assumes all liability for any damage that occurs on return shipment to Seller. Items must be packaged to withstand return shipment to Seller and Buyer assumes responsibility to verify that all items are secure and that damage will not occur.

An RMA# must be included with your return/exchange. To obtain an RMA#, please contact us via email at: [email protected]. Once the RMA# is approved and issued, you will receive an email with return information. Returns may not go back to the warehouse from which they came, therefore do not return any merchandise without contacting us first for return instructions.

PLEASE NOTE: The RMA# MUST be clearly visible on the return package.

Items without RMA Numbers or that were not preauthorized for return will be marked unclaimed for 30 calender days. In this event, no contact attempts will be made by Seller to Buyer. After 30 calendar days the item(s) will be disposed of as seen fit by Seller. Should Buyer choose to have the product reshipped, payment for reshipment must be received within 30 calendar days from the date the item was marked as unclaimed.

International Shipments that are returned as unclaimed will not be subject to a refund. Payment for reshipment must be received in order for Seller to reship the item(s).

RMA#’s are valid for 10 Days after the date they are issued. Items received after 10 days will be considered unclaimed.

International cancellations are subjected to additional shipping terms stated above in the “SHIPPING POLICY” section.

**No Returns on Used or Collectible Merchandise

***SPECIAL NOTE ABOUT ABANDONED ORDERS: Orders placed on “Hold” for additional information that have not been responded to with the required information cannot be processed. We also cannot hold orders indefinitely, so a timely response is required and expected. Example: If your order requires a VIN or other information and we place the order on hold and request that information from you, please respond back with 3 days, or let us know if you are unable to do so. If an order is placed on hold and we do not hear back within 14 days the order will be considered abandoned and will be cancelled. No refund will be issued for abandoned orders. This is a no-exception policy, so please do not ask. Thank you for your understanding in this matter.
